How to Upload Your Presentation Ahead of IMMUNOLOGY2025™
- You can upload your podium presentation starting April 15, 2025. You may revise and upload your presentation as many times as needed while the site is open.
- The link and password to upload your presentation will be sent to each presenter the week of April 7, 2025. If you haven’t received the email by April 14, 2025, please email meetings@aai.org.
- If you have more than one (1) presentation to upload, you must upload them separately.
- The upload site will close on April 28, 2025, at 11:59 PM HST. After that time, please bring your presentation to the Speaker Ready Room on site.
The Speaker Ready Room
- When you arrive, please come to the Speaker Ready Room (SRR) (Room 318A, Level 2 of the Hawaii Convention Center) to upload any updated versions of your presentation.
- Bring at least a preliminary version of your presentation as early as possible so there will be time to correct any technical issues that may arise.
- If necessary, you can replace any previous versions with an updated one prior to your talk.
- Upon arrival at the SRR, a technician will check you in and upload your presentation. You will be assigned a preview station (Mac or PC) to review and edit your presentation and to see exactly how it will appear in your session room.
- Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive (preferred) or a portable hard drive.
- Office 365 and PowerPoint 2021 users should save their presentations in the native .pptx format (not in the PowerPoint 1997-2003 format).
