Faculty Position in the Institute of Microbiology and Immunology,
National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU), Taiwan

    The Institute of Microbiology and Immunology (IMI) at NYCU invites applications for tenure-track faculty positions (assistant Professor or above).

    NYCU is one of Taiwan’s premier research universities, recognized for its biomedical research and education excellence. Founded in 1977, IMI has a strong tradition of advancing cutting-edge research and fostering next-generation researchers. IMI’s research directions emphasize microbe-host interactions with interdisciplinary approaches. We welcome applicants committed to research excellence, innovative teaching, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

    Qualifications
    – Ph.D., postdoctoral research, or industry experience in microbiology,
    immunology, or related fields
    – Strong record of research accomplishments and commitment to high-quality
    teaching and mentoring
    – Ability to teach in English

    Application Package should include:
    1. Cover Letter
    2. Curriculum Vitae (including academic and professional experience, list of
    publications, and research highlights)
    3. Research Statement (including a five-year research plan)
    4. Teaching Statement (including proposed courses and syllabuses)
    5. Copies of diploma and relevant supporting documents
    6. Three Letters of Recommendation (to be sent directly by referees)
